Level Cap

The level cap is 20, and you no longer gain Experience ➕ once you reach level 20. The level cap increases by 5 each time the character beats the game and progresses to New Game Plus (NG+).

The formula for the level cap is: Level Cap = 20 + (Character NG+ × 5).

You can check your character's level cap by hovering over the Experience ➕ tracker in the character menu.

Attribute Points 🔶 and Ability Stars ⭐

You gain 3 Attribute Points 🔶 and Ability Stars ⭐ for each level your character gains. Bonus Attribute Points 🔶 and Ability Stars ⭐ can also be earned through Guild Accomplishments.

Ability Stars ⭐ can be spent at the Training Grounds to upgrade your class abilities, at the Weapon Mastery⭐ to attune different weapon types for increased damage, or at the Library to attune items whose Blueprints you’ve found.
