Blueprints
If a blueprint has a valid spawn location on a floor (nearly all floors, this only excludes some boss arenas), there is a 20% chance that a blueprint will be selected to spawn.
After finding a blueprint, a cooldown of 4 floors is applied where blueprints cannot spawn, before returning to a 20% chance.
Blueprints cannot spawn inside of secrets or traps.
